Boone County Quilters Donation

One of the mission's of Hospice of the Hills is to honor those military Veteran's admitted to the Hospice House by providing a patrotic-themed quilt to use during their stay. This is a small token of thanks, solace, and remembrance to those who serve in harm’s way to protect and defend our lives and freedoms. The quilts are made by the loving hands of volunteers who wish to thank those who have served so that they know their sacrifices are appreciated. The quilts will be dry-cleaned and re-used in order for hospice to meet the needs of all Veteran's that enter the Hospice House. Our hope is that these quilts will provide comfort, love and healing to those who have given so much. To donate quilts please contact Ang Pereira, social woker at 870-414-4100.

Thank you Boone County Quilters!  On Memorial Day, these beautiful quilts were donated to Hospice of the Hills.  We really appreciate you Rhonda Laborde, Carla Willis, Virginia Cantrell, and Pat Williamson.
